Miniforge is a micro-grant program supporting young Nigerian students and NYSC members working on creative, tech, research, or venture projects. Whether you're building a prototype, launching a small venture, or exploring an idea, we believe in the power of small actions to make big things happen.
We know how hard it can be to focus on something meaningful when you're juggling so many other things—school, work, life. Sometimes all it takes is a little financial support and encouragement to help bring your vision to life.
This isn't a scholarship or a job—just trust-based support to help you focus on what really matters. It's a bit of breathing room and resources to help you get closer to your goals. It's for those who are doing the work but could use some help making it happen.

What You Get
- ₦50,000 per month for 2 months while you work on your project
- Up to ₦500,000 for top achievers after your final showcase or progress report
- Weekly check-ins, support, and feedback

What We're Looking For
- Passion & Purpose: A project you believe in, whether it's tech, art, research, or business
- Drive & Vision: A clear plan of what you can achieve in 2 months
- Personal Impact: Projects that make a difference, whether on a small or large scale
Who Can Apply
- Nigerian students or NYSC members (aged 18–30)
- Anyone with a clear project and personal drive to make it happen
How It Works
- Apply: Tell us about your project, your vision, and your goals
- Get Funded: Receive ₦50,000 at start and another ₦50,000 after your 1-month progress check
- Create: Work on your project with weekly check-ins and support
- Showcase: Submit a simple report or video showing your progress at the end of 2 months
- Grow: Top 3 projects will be awarded extra funding (up to ₦500,000)
